How do I get access to my purchased tools?
We provide access through two methods: installing the official BDToolsZone Chrome Extension or using our one-click access system.
Can I share accounts?
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If detected, your account will be permanently banned without notice and no refund will be issued.
Are the accounts unique?
No. This is a group buy system where accounts are shared among multiple users. We do not provide individual accounts.
Can I use proxy/VPN/RDP IPs?
No. VPNs, proxies, and RDP usage is not allowed and may result in permanent suspension.
Can I use dynamic IPs?
Yes. Dynamic IPs are allowed, but your IP should generally match your usual city or location.
Can I use accounts in office & home?
No. Using the same account across different locations is not allowed. Separate accounts are required.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept bKash, Rocket, and Nagad.

Violating rules may result in permanent ban. No refunds will be issued for banned accounts.
Refund Policy
No refund for misuse or temporary issues. Refund applies only if a tool remains unavailable for more than 7 days.
